Job Description:
Handle full sets of accounts including invoicing, receipt updates, vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, maintenance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, fixed assets registers, and general ledger
Manage day-to-day financial operations and monitor cashflow
Prepare and review gst submission and tax returns
Preparation of financial statements and assist in other related statutory filings required
Manage end to end payroll process, including preparation, calculation and disbursement of monthly salary/commission
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as CPF, income tax and other relevant payroll tax obligations
Support general administrative task

Job Scope:

Requirements

• Good presentation skills in power point in both making / presentation.

Soft skill:

Candidates that possess the below requirements will be advantageous:

• Sales experience within the Marine Industry is HIGHLY preferred.
• Fluency in Korean for effective communication with Korean-speaking counterparts.
• Experience in sales dealing with Engine Systems, Spares, Services, or any other relevant marine products.
