Data Entry Clerk @ Bukit Batok Industrial Park

Working Location: Blk 2019 Bukit Batok St 23 (Ind Park A)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry duties
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Attend & respond promptly to customers’ orders & enquiries.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirement:

• No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
• Familiar with MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail. Good organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Salary: $1600 (CPF)
• Working days: 5 days (10 am to 6 pm – Mon to Fri)
• Singaporean / PR only

Qualifications:

1. Minimum N/O Level
2. Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
3. Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
4. Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Strong communication skills.
8. Knowledge of data confidentiality principles.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entries.

• Generate reports and summaries as required by the team or management.

• Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

6. Communication:

• Collaborate with team members to clarify instructions and resolve discrepancies.

• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding data-related inquiries.
