Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data in our systems. The Data Entry Clerk will ensure that all data is entered promptly and accurately, and will be responsible for verifying data, correcting errors, and maintaining data confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the company's database or software systems.
• Verify and correct data entry errors to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain and manage electronic and paper files, ensuring all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring that all required information is available.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with generating reports and extracting data for analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data, following company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Direct office guest to waiting area or meeting room and serve them drinks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry, IT, or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Familiarity with office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners.

Salary $1800-2000

$200 performance bonus per month.

Job Responsibilities:

- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively

- Coordinate with warehouse

- Prepare import shipping documents

- Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- At least GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

- Familiar with MS Office applications

- Details oriented person
