Job Requirement:

• Candidate must pass at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders or equivalent with relevant experience BSc/BA in Engineering (Civil) or Engineering or relevant field (BCA recognizes degree will be an advantage)
• 10 years experience in Site Management
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin (to handle queries and feedbacks from English & Mandarin speaking associates, clients and customers)

BIM Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Look into the company’s BIM Project Deployment Plan and develop BIM Project Execution Plans, BIM collaboration, documentation, enforcement, monitoring and workflow to meet the project.
• Work closely with project teams to provide solutions for BIM related technical issues. Assist project teams and design teams with BIM implementation
• Set up processes & workflows for efficient delivery of the project BIM deliverables.
• Set guidelines for internal and external model exchanges between project stakeholders and monitor its progress
• Attend client meetings & lead the decision-making process affecting the BIM deliverables
• Liaise and coordinate and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software

About the role:

Job scope:
