JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collect and organize marketing, procurement, and inventory business documents, and establish archives.
• Record contract information, classify and organize it as required, and prepare reports accordingly.

• Conduct physical inventory checks of various assets and stocks, and analyze discrepancies.
• Input marketing, procurement, and inventory information into the software system as required.
• Prepare operational, cost, and expense management reports.

Responsibility :

• Review, track & monitor the main contractors’ programmes and/or CAG/CAAS direct contractors’ programmes to comply with CAG requirements.
• Review the main contractors’ baseline S-curve, cost loading, resources allocation, histograms and 4D BIM, highlighting areas of concern to SO/SO(Rep).
• Review and give detailed feedback on main contractors’ schedule submissions and recommend status of approval / non-approval to the SO/SO(Rep) in compliance with CAG requirements.
• Prepare monthly dashboard reports to CAG in relation to the progress of works and any issues that may negatively impact on the timely completion of the contract including presentation to stakeholders, if any.
• Review main contractors’ progress reports.
• Review main contractors’ updated programmes which reflects the actual progress of works and capture any change of work sequence.
• Keep record of important site information such as, equipment and manpower deployment, changes to any design/construction dates, delay events, etc.
• Review and assess trade productivities.

Qualification:

• The Planner shall possess at least ten (10) years of relevant construction experience with at least 7 years of experience in development and/or review of project schedules for every phase of the construction project lifespan by using Primavera P6;
• The Planner shall possess a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or relevant discipline;
• The Planner shall have experience in scheduling for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of works;
• The Planner shall possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Word; in addition, the Planner shall also be proficient in Primavera P6;
• The Planner shall be able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast paced projects;
• The Planner shall have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills.

~Liase with clients regarding job site process and solving any site's problems.

~Arrange worker's schedule for daily job scopes.

~Liase with Sub Contractor regarding job site issue and way to process the work.

~Make sure job site environment tidy & job site handover on time.

~Get new clients when required.

~Prefer have Class 3 licience.

-Supervise and coordinate the activities of site contractors ;

· Monitor job progress and ensure that civil and structural contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completions;

· Ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards.

· Implement and oversee site projects assigned to ensure smooth project execution

· Manage internal and external contractors well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specifications.

· Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.

· Assist in planning, schedule and technical support to PM and/or resident engineerr.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor project progress, track defects, and provide updates on outstanding or non-compliant works

What we're looking for

• Diploma level in Architectural / Architectural Technology, Engineering
• 4-5 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure or construction supervision/design consultancy within the built environment sector
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting and 3D Sketchup software is advantageous
