1. To carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor in a Construction site

2. Able to train skills for both carpenters and rebar workers

3. Min 10 years relevant experience in the related field for this position

4. Be able to work independently with minimum guidance

5. Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project

6. Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.

7. To oversee daily operation at site. Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.

8. To ensure that workers comply with all safety measures required. Require to carry out the effective implementation of work safety programme.

9. Liaise with sub-contractors Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.

Overall Job Objectives

Assist the project manager to achieve work objectives, personally teach and demonstrate the work of the workers. Ensure that each worker meets the customer's requirements for progress and quality under the premise of ensuring safe work. And the company's efficiency goals.

Core Responsibilities

1. Familiarize with Archi and Structural drawings

2. Communicate and implement the project manager's objectives to ensure work progress, quality and safety meet customer requirements.

3. Provided setting out according to the drawings requirments.

4. Teach and personally demonstrate workers how to ercet the shoring; Assembly prefab formwork; Install formwork and Dismantling the formwork.

5. Check the size, level and alignments of the formwork. Ensure that the completed form work quality meets the requirements of the Consultant Specification and PE Design Requirments.

6. And also meet efficiency targets set by the company and the site operation team.

7. Keep a daily record.

8. Report daily progress, quality, safety and efficiency to Project Manager before leaving work.

9. Full time supervision of worker.

Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities

• Working with professionals for the building and maintenance of Formula One Race Track
• Monitoring of road levels, work out estimates for proposed work and putting up traffic control plan

• Planning and supervising of assigned project which includes night work as scheduled by LTA
• Manage race track construction team and adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Undertake risk assessments, deal with client, transport specialists and members of public
• Submit weekly progress report and attend monthly progress meeting
• Ensure machineries and equipment are always kept in good working condition
