Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for coordinating waste collection requirements with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customer site operations coordinators to fully understand and clarify their needs.
• Manage both new and ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and timelines.
• Monitor and address potential site risks and issues proactively.
• Oversee and support site workers and subcontractors, reporting any issues to the Project Manager.
• Assist in managing customer care programs, monitoring satisfaction levels, and responding to any changes in customer dynamics or complaints.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and health policies by all personnel, conducting regular reviews of work activities and Job Safety and Risk Assessments (JSRA).
• Train personnel on new job requirements and equipment use.
• Provide transportation for workers to and from sites, including during emergency activations outside of regular hours.

• At least 1 year of experience in scaffolding, with Supervise Metal Scaffold Erection certification.
• Completion of Safety Orientations Course (Working in Power Plant and Construction) required.
• Knowledge of erecting and dismantling, scaffolding, maintenance
• Supervise Work At Height Course certification will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Scaffolding Regulations is preferred.

1. Supervise, direct and instruct junior foreman and contractors by ensuring technical

specifications and drawings given are compiled within time and quality standards.

2.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure specifications are met and safety Regulations are enforced.

3. Supervise Sub-contractors and nominated subcontractors' progress and quality of work.

4. Make regular site inspections to identify nonconformances.

5. Communicate and co-ordinate between the site staff and sub-contractors.

6. Prepare and keep day work records.

7. Arrange for inspection, testing and handover.

Senior/Project/Site Engineer (LTA project, A1 main contractor)

Our client is a reputable A1 main contractor with an impressive portfolio in mixed-use developments, residential, commercial and MRT projects. In line with their ongoing progress in iconic landmark LTA projects, they’re now on a look out for Senior/Project/Site Engineers for their LTA Cross Island Line project. This role will be 5.5 days of work per week and performance bonuses to be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating, planning, and executing the project plan on-site
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and monitoring to report on the project's progress.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure all technical drawings and plans are followed.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment usage to ensure smooth project flow.
• Assist in managing project budgets and monitoring cost expenditures.
• Assist in troubleshooting project issues and delays, proposing corrective measures.
• Supervise to ensure productivity & quality of sub-contractors’ works, in compliance to specific requirement

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with civil/LTA projects
