Responsibilities

· To visit construction sites for support, troubleshoot and maintain software Field.

Requirements

Fluent in Japanese (at least JLPT N2) for communicate to Headquarter in Japan.

Bachelor's degree of Construction industry or Electronics, IT industry.

Minimum 15years of experience in construction management or IT management(Field Engineer)

Good at analysis for management

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Higher/Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in maintenance or engineering role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Perform preparation of design specifications
• Incorporate special features which relate to the project at hand into specifications. These include order of work, physical conditions at the site, construction work schedules, method of payment and measurement, construction procedures and special methods, and coordination with contractors and other stakeholders
• Perform technical review on specifications to ensure clarity, completeness, and exactness, and to remove restrictive descriptions so as to ensure competitive bidding
• Prepare project for advertisement by compiling contract specification into Electronic Bid Set (EBS)
• Visit proposed project site to obtain necessary information for use in creating project specification. This include condition and location of project site, location of storage and staging areas, and character and scope of work
• Provide guidance and technical advice to various persons and departments, including engineering personnel, Branch Chief, Section Chief, Engineering and Construction Department, and Architect-Engineer firms where necessary to develop basic specification procedure and policies to cover new types of projects and structures, and to make clearer various phases of the construction work

Responsibilities:

Working in a team to design and develop a real-time, reliable and secured e-payment devices that processes millions of public transport commuters’ cards daily.

The activities required to be performed shall include the following:

· Requirements gathering.

· Design and develop software applications for embedded devices.

· Implement and optimize communication protocols (e.g.TCP/IP, HTTPS, FTPS/SFTP, MQTT-S) to establish secure and reliable connections between embedded devices and on-premises/cloud platforms.

· Conduct thorough testing, debugging and troubleshooting of embedded devices to identify and resolve issues related to functionality, connectivity, performance and reliability.

· Preparation and submission of deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) such as Business Rules, Software Requirement Specifications, Software Architecture Document, Design Specification, Interface Specifications, Source Codes, Testing Specification, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Training Manual and others documents as required in the SDLC processes.

· Assist day-to-day application support issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or a relevant discipline.

· Developed software in at least one full Software Development Lifecycle.

· Experience in writing Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Design Documentation, and designing software using object- oriented software design and UML modelling

· Good knowledge and experience in C++ on Embedded platforms (e.g. QNX, Vxworks, Embedded Linux).

· Experience in multi-threading, socket programming and serial/USB communication.

· At least 5 years’ experience in object-oriented software development.

· Prior experience in following areas Scrum AGILE methodology process is a plus:
