Job Scope:

• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate air conditioning projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise, review engineering plans, and supervise installation of air conditioning systems.
• Quality & Safety Control: Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Cost Management: Manage project budgets, control costs, and track expenses to avoid overruns.
• Communication: Serve as the main contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Post-Installation Support: Oversee system testing, provide troubleshooting assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction after project completion.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Project Management and any equivalent

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on chillers and associated machinery.
  possess a basic understanding of chillers
• Communicating with clients to address problems
• Maintain chillers and other HVAC systems.
• Liaise with clients
• Help with scheduling or participate in technical analysis reports that management can evaluate.
• Make sure that every task is completed in compliance with the established quality and EHS standards.

Requirements:

• NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant experience in Chiller Systems/ Air-conditioning
• Positive attitude
