Responsibilities:

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documentation and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparation of necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining and assisting in project changes.
Providing administrative support when required.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Assist in the development of project strategies alongside the management.
Ensuring projects adhere to necessary frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project as required.
Assessment of project risks and issues and providing solutions wherever applicable.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed and aligned towards the best solution.
Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Adhere to project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma from recognized tertiary establishment in Facility Management / Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services
Relevant experience in similar role will be an advantage
Resourceful, team player and able to work independently
Must be able to work and / or response after office hours and weekends
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Designing: Creating new ways to use electrical power to improve or develop products, such as software, electronic components, and systems
• Analyzing: Analyzing the capacity, cost, project needs, and electrical system requirements to develop a system plan
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting electrical assemblies
• Supporting: Supporting the development of systems from manufacturing to concept

• To Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
• To Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
• To Ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings.
• Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
• Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
• Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
• Supervising or training project team members.
• Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
• Maintaining electrical equipment.
• Working with a variety of technicians.

Job Description:

• Response to service calls within customer's stipulated service response time

• Attend to service and repair works on site

• Test, install and commission equipment at customer's premise

• Sufficient knowledge about Company’s product to handle customer queries

• Contribute to product improvement and localization of the Company

• Inspect and test equipment, accessories and consumables

• Provide technical presentation and conduct technical trainings (if required)

• Submit weekly technical activities reports or other reports

• Support activities like technical services, exhibitions, customer visits, etc.

Job Description

• Oversee and manage gas piping projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Provide technical expertise in gas piping systems.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the gas piping industry.
• In-depth knowledge of gas piping systems and associated regulations.
