• Provide technical consulting and hands-on assistance to Fab area teams to create and/or identify the best solutions, solve existing solutions, and deploy new solutions.
• Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge
• Lead or drive standardization between sites regarding spare management issue, reports, and systems through the System Workforce Allocation Team (SWAT) or other appropriate means.
• Monitor and communicate progress to collaborators
• Maintain program support through interaction with senior leaders
• Improve Spares performance thru supplier engagement, and design & customize parts thru partnership with spares supplier
• Lead spares quality project management to improve spares quality performance

Qualifications Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in equipment engineering at a semiconductor company
• Dry-etch experience preferred, but open to other process areas as well
• Wafer manufacturing spares cost management experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Spares quality related experience preferred
• Open to business travel based on business needs.
