The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition is to lead and drive recruitment efforts. In this role, you will manage a team, partner with stakeholders, and develop strategies to attract and secure top talent, supporting the organisation’s growth and transformation goals.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and implement talent acquisition strategies locally and overseas to align with business objectives and market trends
• Manage and motivate a team of recruiters, ensuring a seamless recruitment cycle that prioritises candidate experience
• Advise business leaders and stakeholders on recruitment strategies to attract educators, corporate professionals, and support staff for organisational needs
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, manage time-to-fill targets, and attract candidates for specialised programmes like Management Associate initiatives
• Collaborate with government agencies, corporate partners, and institutions to expand outreach and internship opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to strengthen employer branding and develop targeted recruitment campaigns
• Present data-backed analysis to leadership teams to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee the talent acquisition budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Human Resources
• 8 - 10 years of experience in the HR field with minimum 8 years in Talent Acquisition related roles
• Proficient in recruitment with proven track record and exposure managing and leading a team of recruiters
• Experience in data-driven approach to problem solving and good analytical skills
• Driven and strategic with a strong operational/ implementation background and good business acumen
• Skilled in multi-tasking, capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment
