Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Drive sales growth and maximize revenue generation through effective strategies and tactics.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to optimize our market reach.
• Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Ensure optimal inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability.
Requirements and skills:
• Prior experience in managing brand principal and act as a point of contact for all brand matters
• Monthly submission of sales reports and forecast
• Work closely with top management (C suites) to achieve desired results
• Dealing with key suppliers and vendors a must
• Prior experience in baby product industry is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and consumer trends.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and innovation.
• Strong commercial acumen and business understanding, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Responsible for handling all aftersales/repair matters
