• 3+ years of experience in sales and training, ideally in the health supplement or skincare industry.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and workshops.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Passion for health, wellness, and skincare products.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of human resource functions; including talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations and retention, grievance handling, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, employee handbook, records management, safety and health.
• Implement / ensure all HR policies are updated.
• Develop, implement, review and update the HR strategy to be in align with company.
