Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics or related field
• Relevant years of working experience in developing and delivering software products and solutions
• Proficiency in any of the programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, .NET, Javascript and familiarity with relevant frameworks and technologies.
• Experience in other financial software products is an advantage
• 5+ years of full life cycle project management in technology with proven ability to deliver results according to specified scope, budget and timeline
• 5+ years with industry standard project management tools, methodologies
• Strong knowledge of full life cycle SDLC and methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
• Financial services industry knowledge/experience and working in a matrixed (shared resources) environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and experience with complex multi-faceted projects

About the Role

• Build a sales pipeline worth 3-4x annual budget through intensive prospecting, and qualifying via telephone, face-to-face meetings and various other channels

About You

• 8+ years of direct and indirect sales experience. Experience selling into Southeast Asia is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Expertise in managing complex, solution sales cycles, and involves working closely with pre-sales staff, product manager and professional services team. Manages and drives the sales process throughout the sales cycle.

• Background in Risk Management and Regulatory Reporting preferred.
