What a Product Engineer does at HP:

• Coordinates and leads activities of internal and outsourced development and manufacturing partners to support manufacture of products.
• Performs engineering analysis of defective product units or sub- assemblies, along with root-cause analysis in case of production matters.
• Evaluates results of customer feedback and manufacturing, test, and quality assurance processes for products and communicates product and process issue analysis to product stakeholders.
• Require to set up high volume line audit and sampling test plan for NPI product.
• Collaborates with management, internal, and outsourced manufacturing and development partners to address issues, recommend and implement changes to product or process to reduce defects, improve quality, and lower costs.
• Represents product engineering team for all phases of larger and more- complex development and manufacturing projects.
• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
• Develops recommendations on changes and design enhancements to manufacturing processes to improve reliability, safety, outputs.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
• Delivers professionally written reports, and supports realization of operational and strategic plans.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-1 years of work experience, preferably in electrical design and tools, software packages, architecture of electronic hardware, or a related field.

1. Visit university professors to promote the company's microscope products and complete sales tasks.

2. Develop regional business based on existing products and assist in collecting market information for products under development.

Basic Requirements:

1.Ideally you should have a foundational education in either Electronic Engineering, Photonics, or Physics;

2.exposure to Laser or Optics industry a huge plus. Candidates with at least 1-2 years of related sales, marketing or e-Commerce experiences will be given priority considerations.
