We are looking for an Assistant Principal Engineer to join our ILS O&S Team. In this position, you will be responsible for in-service vehicle matters, item obsolescence and vehicle upgrading proposal. You will work closely with the Design and O&S team as well as the End Users in order to maintain the availability of the in-service vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet up of End Users to understand their issues and matters on hand.
• Work with different departments, local vendors, overseas OEMS to submit design/pricing proposal.
• Monitor progress of outstanding issues and/or submitted proposals.
• Monitor allocated budget for the given year.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge and/or experience in mechanical design. Proposal writing and budgeting experience will be an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work systematically
• Team player with good communication and presentation skill

• Handle general clients’ enquiries, quotations, order processing, and fulfillment

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Junior Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor to our design group, you will help shape sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing landscapes across various sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, public parks, urban spaces, and masterplans. You’ll work closely with architects, planners, and engineers to bring innovative design ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on landscape project designs from concept to completion.
• Assist in the creation of design drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.
• Support the preparation of master plans, 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.
• Contribute to hardscape material and softscape planting selection, budgeting, and timeline management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and environmental consultants.
• Participate in client meetings, construction site technical meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
• Conduct research on landscape design trends, sustainability, and industry innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in landscape architecture or related design roles.
• Proficiency in design software such as BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with planting design, hardscape, and construction techniques.
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Knowledge of local softscape plants.
• A passion for innovative and sustainable landscape design.

Preferred Skills:

• EExperience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Revit, Rhino, Lumion).
• Knowledge of sustainable landscape design principles and LEAF certification.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

ASSISTANT ARCHITECT / ARCHITECT

You will play a key role in various aspects of architectural work such as design development, tender, contract management, supervision and project management in multiple projects. The projects that we are involved in covers a very broad spectrum including Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Residential, and Places of Worship.

Requirements:

• A Registered Architect with Master or Bachelor Degree in Architecture or equivalent from recognized Universities by the Board of Architect
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in design and project management.
• Working closely with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout design development and implementation stages.
• Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities, and all other stakeholders.
• Able to perform conceptual design up to design development.
• Tender preparation, documentation and calling of tender.
• Familiar with local Building Code requirements and Regulations.
• A flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing.
• Possess excellent people skills and is a good team player.
• Highly motivated, proactive, independent.
• Conversant in BIM (Revit and/or Archicad) will be an advantage.
