Position Summary / Project Description

As a PM within the Program Management Office (PMO), the resource will be responsible for initiating, managing, and reporting on Cluster related projects and programs.

Ensures the timely execution of key deliverables, such as project approvals, costings, and resource planning. Additionally, there is the need to monitor and report on delivery balance scorecard KPIs, including budget utilization, and address any areas of concern in collaboration with stakeholders.

The candidate must be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in projects & programs management and have good interpersonal skills to work with the various business functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities in the Program Management Office for related Logistics projects.
• Analyze with project managers on project timeline plan and ensure timely execution of key deliverables such as project approval preparations, costings and resource planning.
• Report and analyze delivery balance scorecard KPIs, including budget utilization and highlight any areas of concerns and work with stakeholders for resolutions
• Lead and monitor closely all functional groups (IT), Operations and partners (if any) to ensure facility/ manpower/ system readiness.
• Initiate & implement process improvements opportunities to and performance dashboard for all stakeholders.
• Closely organize, monitor and implement projects with teams to ensure speedy operational stabilization, risk mitigations, signoffs and ensure closure.
• Manage and operationalize demand management process and guidelines with rigor in governance & compliance for yearly workplan.
• Organize, and support key users’ trainings, workshops, planned of FAQs using GenAI, roadshows and events for materials/documentations.
• Support program/project IT audits with stakeholders and related secretariat duties.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Degree holder with 7-10 years of relevant working experience or Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Working knowledge of process flow design and analysis, documentation work products including manuals, SOPs, training aides and process documents.
• Programme management experience; preferably in managing programmes in a large-sized organization operating in a highly complex environment.
• Ability to think strategically; understand, interpret and apply policies as it applies to IT enablement; apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Well-developed communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing Solution Engineers team to drive expansion, retention, and achievement of success goals and KPIs.

Job Purpose:

The Solution Sales Manager is the main interface between Tech Data and our partner community. The Solution Sales Manager is responsible for the ‘complete’ sales cycle for the relevant business partners with the view to maximizing revenue, margin, and partner satisfaction. The BDM is the main interface between TechData Customers and Suppliers including the end customer of the Partner. BDM is responsible for business expansion & execution of the suppliers' strategy. Marketing Strategy, Planning & Competitive Analysis

• Conception of marketing strategies, preparation of marketing plans and its implementation using Big Picture Marketing
• Liaise with marketing and advertising agencies to build a strong product communication plan around portfolio for external messaging.
• Work closely with sales team to have an in depth understanding of market trends and competitive activities and adjust marketing plans to respond to market.

New Product/Procedure/Technology Introductions

Develop a communication plan both internally and externally to create demand
• Prepare a pre-launch, launch and post launch plan to flawlessly execute a new product introduction.

• Responsible for demand forecast input and actively involve in IBP (Integrated Business Planning) conversations and processes.

Profession Education

• Work with APAC & Asia Pacific Teams to develop and execute Professional Educational programs for surgeons from building awareness to trial to adoption of a procedure/product.
• Provide surgeon selection guide to sales team to ensure the surgeons selected for Professional Educational programs matches the program.
• Drive cadaveric or sawbone workshops to increase the adoption, utilize KOLs and leverage on Centres of Excellence within APAC to drive Professional Education programs to enhance the overall surgical skills of surgeons within the country. Help in tracking procedure adoption post training.

KOL Management & Market Development Activities

• Build and maintain key customer relationships to develop key opinion leaders and reference base to support professional education and market development
• Develop robust pipeline of KOLs for new product launches and Profession Education programs.
• Establish Centers of Excellence with KOLs to provide Professional Education training.

Product Management

· Work closely with Asia Pacific or Global teams to develop robust New Product Introduction plan to create a competitive advantage for sales teams.

• Ensure product competence of sales force through regular product training

Transfer of Success Models (TSM)

• Study the successful business models from Asia Pacific and Global teams, and subsequently customize and implement them in APAC.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Experience Requirements:

• 10-15 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a sales/marketing/education function
• People management experience is preferred.
• Relevant experience in the APAC region
• Must have in-depth understanding of medical device industry with special interest in orthopaedics
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical, interpersonal, multi-cultural communication and leadership skills are essential to incumbent’s success

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Science, Biochemical Engineering or related field. MBA qualification is preferred.
