POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Position Description:

The CRM/D365 CE Technical Architect is the single point of responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects that are executed through the India Microsoft Dynamics Center of Excellence (CoE). They will interface with the MS Dynamics practice, and project teams.

The team produce budgets, forecasts; create and analyze business metrics and identify cost savings opportunities; deliver economic insight into the relationships between costs and revenues to improve the financial success of the business going forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling day to day deliverables, weekly sales landing, monthly analysis & periodic forecasts exercises
• Assist in downloading, collecting, compiling, verifying information to provide controller with accurate and timely information for decision-making.
• Work with Client’s Business Services team to ensure accurate month end closing and follow up on clarifications.
• Drive & manage Capital expenditure (CapEx) reporting processes as well as collaborate with relevant teams for APAC CapEx projects.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by APAC commercial controlling team

Requirement:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related fields
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot) and MS Power-point.
• Understanding of management accounting with strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet).

Responsibilities:

• Work as a bridge between businesses/client needs and IT/Digital solution
• Create, build up, hands-on and manage IT/Digital solution and service offering for the company
• Conduct study of the market need and trend in order to direct and initiate trendy and innovative technology/solution/services to the company’s board of director.
• Liaise with clients and business to understand the needs/pain-point of business and to consult, design solution architecture for them.
• Carry out consulting, technical and IT/Digital architecture analysis/assessment, effort estimation, solutioning and proposal review for IT/Digital Transformation projects/programs. Ensure compliance to solution architectural design in the implementation of projects/programs
• Well understand services/solution offerings of the company to consult the businesses.
• Keep up-to-date and be subject master expert (SME) with the latest technologies and best practices in IT/Digital solution, services and development, e.g. Cloud Services, IoT, Mobility, Data Analytics, Blockchain, RPA, AI & Machine Learning, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, and presentation skills.
• Must have extensive experience in Digital Transformation projects/programs, including design principles, platform analysis/evaluation and selection, architecture, and solutioning. This should involve familiarity with various technologies and the latest digital trends (e.g., GenAI, AI & Machine Learning, Cloud Services, IoT, Mobility, Data Analytics, Blockchain, RPA, etc.).
• Must have proven experience working forAPAC markets (other than Singapore)
• Must have significant experience in architecting large-scale enterprise IoT systems for urban infrastructure, including real-time data analytics, alarm generation, and the connection of infrastructure such as buildings, parking systems, and energy management.
• Must have At least 5 years of experience working in leading IT/technology companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Accenture, or equivalent
• Must have experience in project role(s) such as Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Lead, Information Architect, Scrum Master.
• Must have experience in Technical Sales/Pre-sales role
• High proficiency in enterprise products, distributed system, micro-services and IoT.
• Has hands-on experience as architect lead for an Agile team.
• Has hands-on experience in public cloud services such as: AWS, Azure
• Has knowledge and experience in IoT platform such as: Siemens MindSphere, GE Predix
• Required to have experience in IT service delivery
• Required to have experience in biding and working with Government sector.
• Knowledge or expertise of FinTech, Blockchain will be advantageous.
• Experience in Software Product development & product GTM will be advantageous.
