Job Responsibilities:

1.Influencers development: Search, contact and cooperate with local influencers on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube etc that match the brand, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with established high-quality influencers to promote brand marketing goals.

2.Send samples and urge manuscripts: Apply for sample delivery, pay attention to logistics dynamics, and ensure that influencers receive products in time; follow up on production schedules to ensure that influencer content is published on time.

3.Content creation: Provide creative support and guidance to ensure high-quality influencer content output.

4.Data analysis: Organize and record influencer-related materials and data, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of materials, and put forward improvement opinions and suggestions.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above

2. More than one year of influencer operation experience, with relevant KOL and MCN resources preferred

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills

4. Familiar with various social media platforms, understand the dynamics of online influencers and short video and live broadcast industries

5. Have data analysis skills and teamwork spirit 6. Experience with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) is a bonus

Job Description:

Working with a small team of dynamic individuals, the Specialist will develop and execute events for the agency’s list of luxury lifestyle brand clients in various industries covering fashion, jewellery, beauty, hospitality and corporate events.

The job scope will cover all relevant research, planning and implementation work required for the delivery and execution of an event. In addition, he/she will also be responsible for maintaining and cultivating enduring relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of event proposals, pitches and presentations
• Monitor and manage the project including the development of plans and budgets as well as scope and changes to budgets
• Manage communications, ensuring that any issues, changes, or required performances that impact projects are documented and addressed with the key team members
• Source, establish, develop and actively manage relationships with key vendors providing for the best available resources within budget and overall project success
• Responsible for ensuring that procurement of permits, licenses, and all other paperwork for events are managed by respective production personnel
• Composing and executing detailed checklists and program schedules
• Assisting in hands-on set up and tear down
• Maintain complete and updated files with all project/event details and information
• Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, report on key accounts and deliver prompt and sound decisions
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communications
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Event management or Marketing Communications; prior experience in an agency setting and/or Luxury Lifestyle industry preferred
• An existing network of contacts in customer database, design and production vendors will be advantageous
• A driven self-starter who is passionate about events and has a positive ‘can do’ and contributory attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent time-management, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous with strong attention to details
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills, is proactive and able to work independently
• Some night and weekend work is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications; Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Adobe photoshop and illustrator would be advantageous.
