• Support the Sales Director in preparing proposals, identifying clear deliverables, accurate budgets, and realistic timelines for pitches
• Supporting an Event Manager/Director with the day-to-day management, including the ability to deliver highly proactive, reactive, and responsive account support.
• Project support, assisting the Event Manager(s)/Event Director(s) on client briefs, preparing proposals, constructing budgets and timelines, and supporting event documentation. Working closely with designers, printers, external venues, and other 3rd party suppliers to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time, and within budget and client expectations.

Job Purpose:

To handle daily kitchen operations, liaison with suppliers, menu development and maintain the set standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating
