Manage and undertake F&B establishment operations:
Maintain workers' safety, health and hygiene standards
Ensure workers' workstations are clean and tidy for food preparation
Ensure workers maintain hygiene and properly maintain cleaned equipment and tools
Monitor production and schedule the variety and quantity of goods to bake
Keep track of deliveries, inventory and ingredient levels
Perform quality control to ensure food meets strict quality and safety standards
Coach and onboard new team members/workers
In charge of closing and opening the store
Ensure displays are well maintained and clean
Do cashiering when cashier not around
Handle customer queries
Perform any other ad hoc duties when assigned
