RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and coordinate all kitchen personnel, including stewarding, food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Chef de cuisine to lead and inspire our kitchen staff in the creation of culinary masterpieces. The chef de cuisine will be responsible for designing the menu, hiring and training kitchen staff, collaborating with restaurant management, optimizing staff productivity, and stepping in to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up workstation with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Ensuring great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served

• Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
