· Collaborate with coaches, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to athlete care.

· Attend team practices and games to assess athletes in their natural environment.

8. Education and Counselling:

· Educate athletes on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and overall wellness.

· Provide psychological support and counselling to help athletes cope with the challenges of injury and recovery.

9. Documentation:

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of athlete assessments, treatment plans, progress, and communication with other healthcare professionals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of in/ out processing counters.

· Prepare and download the nominal roll before the start of operation for use to in-process NSmen.

· Take temperature of NSmen and only allow those within the acceptable range to proceed for training/ test.

· Conduct photo identification of the NSman diligently, matching it with the NSman and the name in the nominal roll.

· Issue assigned number tag/ wristband to the NSman for IPPT/ NS FIT.

· Collect back number tag/ wristband from NSmen.

· Confirm IPPT results with NSmen.

· Upload result/ attendance into the system, check and ensure all results/ attendance are captured, and submit for endorsement.

· Clean up all number tag/ wristband before storing for next operation.

· Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports as required.

• Responsible for ensuring all clinical staff receive orientation, training and continual education programs to maintain the required level of competency
• Coach and evaluate Support Care Staff after their training to ensure high quality nursing care is delivered to patients

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• Min. 3 years of clinical experience as a Staff Nurse
