Lay Ministry Staff - Filipino Fellowship (FF)

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, teach and facilitate Bible Studies / Devotions / Life Groups

- Coordinate and lead Prayer Meetings and Worship

- Lead and mentor Life Group Leaders (including identifying and raising potential Life-Group Leaders)

- Provide pastoral care to the FF sisters

- Disciple the FF sisters to grow in their faith journey

- Work on integrating FF sisters into the Main Service

- Coordinate and be present for all activities and outings

- Work with Lay volunteers serving in the FF

- Provide administrative and operational support (includes annual planning and budgeting for FF)

- Any other duties as assigned by the Pastor-in-Charge and/or Pastor overseeing FF

Job Requirements

1. Ability to work on Sundays

2. Passion for discipleship and pastoral care

3. Pastoral ministry experience, preferably with preaching, teaching and leading exposure

4. Team leader and player with good interpersonal skills

5. Theological training would be helpful

Your Future Role

• Support the marketing team in conceptualizing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to enhance customer growth and qualified leads.
• Work closely with existing partners and deliver key deliverables based on conversion, sales and engagement KPIs
• Perform platform training (Voucher Acceptance, Rewards, Flash Sale etc.) to tenants.
• Provide the marketing team with any adhoc support when necessary.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
• Possess good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-aced environment
• Willingness to learn and a committed team player
• Period required: Feb 2024 - Jun 2024 (4 months)
