Contract: 6 months
Job purpose:
Provide Administrative and Logistics support for day-to-day operations and ad hoc duties.
Responsibilities:
· Support set up of facilities for meetings and events
· Issue/receive loan items for events & office use
· Support office supplies stock take and issuance to user divisions when required
· Collate the billings of vendors for admin-related services
· Check the billings are in accordance with the services and contract price
· Record all the billings for analysis
- Support building and facilities management activities
- Administer pantry and stationery items
- Assist in stock-taking and inventory management
- Source vendors for products and services
- Data entry
- Other duties assigned by RO/ HOD
