We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding business, you will be involved in full cycle of technical recruitment where you will be trained to source, qualify, manage, negotiate and close offers for mid to senior level professionals. On another end, you will also be exposed to conduct Business Development activities to partner with new clients and hire the best talent in the market. The selected individual will be working within the sales function of our recruitment business, working on both client acquisition and candidates search for our partners in the Services, Construction, Logistics, F&B, Engineering industry and more!

Job Responsibilities-

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment matters
• Search/engage with potential candidates and advise candidates on available roles
• Profile candidates accordingly and present to clients
• Facilitate interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Candidate management work / sales operations work
• Identifying and pitching to clients in identified sectors
• Identify and work with clients to understand their talent needs

Salary package includes-

Key Requirements-

• Possess minimum Diploma or 1 year of similar recruitment experience
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Independently motivated and driven
• Able to meet strict deadlines
• Chinese speaking capability is an added advantage in order to liaise with Mandarin speakers
