• Program Implementation: Lead the execution of fire safety programs across multiple offices, ensuring achievement of pre-defined metrics and goals.
• Audits and Inspections: Plan and oversee regular fire safety audits and inspections to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Training and Communication: Develop and organize training programs, while crafting effective communication strategies for both daily operations and emergency scenarios.

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 4 years of experience in relevant fields, such as physical security operations management or program management.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Demonstrated success managing programs in multinational corporations similar to Bytedance.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a system strategy plan and implementation roadmap based on the business objectives of the HR Operation team.
• Understand the core of each system requirement and offer HR solutions from a system-oriented perspective, e.g. Collect user needs, Review Proposal, Vendor management, System Testing
• Develop and review system project management plans, supervise project progress status and identify risks, ensure that HR Operation system projects are successfully delivered.
• Cooperate with global and local front-line operation teams to analyze business requirements and evaluate system solutions.
• Drive the direction of system iteration to ensure that the system and process can serve HR and business operation in the long run.
• Continuously improve the HR Operation system request management and system project management mechanism.
• Continuously improve the regional demand analysis and reporting capabilities, and improve the quality of regional system requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above with major in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project experience in system implementation and HR business processes for large corporations or internet companies.
• Ability to understand and analyze requirements, systematic and structured logical thinking ability.
• Possesses deep insight into business, high sensitivity to data, able to handle complex business models and independently complete configurations.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills and learning ability.
• Experience in implementing large-scale system projects such as SAP and Workday.
• Experience in implementing overseas HR system projects is a plus.

Based in the privacy and data protection team, the incumbent will develop comprehensive SCORM-based training materials that address the organization's operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills within the organization.
• Design and develop detailed curriculum plans that align with organizational goals.
• Develop a variety of training materials including, but not limited to eLearning modules, training guides, interactive workbooks and manuals, video tutorials, etc.
• Utilize multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to enhance learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design theories and models to create structured and engaging training programs.
• Develop storyboards and scripts for multimedia content.
• Create assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Analyze training outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation and management of learning management systems (LMS).
• Liaise with vendors to oversee their deliverables whenever there's a need to augment the development of contents.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and training.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders.
• Document processes and maintain records of training development and implementation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Ability to navigate learning management systems.
• Proficiency in course development software (e.g., Articulate, Storyline360, Adobe Captivate, Toonly) is a plus.
• Clear and effective curriculum-planning skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML and Flash.
• Strong project management and critical-thinking skills
• Concrete verbal and written communication skills
