Job Description & Requirements

• Joining technical discussions with stakeholders

• Translating non-functional requirements of DevSecOps solutions that can be implemented and deployed using current software stack - AWS/Snowflake/Gitlab.

• Design, implementation and deployment of the DevSecOps solutions

• Implementing automated CICD pipelines for software build, test, and deployment into the production systems

• Integrating all system components in the data platform with the monitoring system.

• Continuous monitoring/improvement of monitoring for system functionality/availability and cost.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Devops, GitOps for AWS

• Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following skills.

• Scripting language - bash, Python

• OLTP database - MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.

• Cloud Data Warehouse (OLAP database) - Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery

• GitOps - Github Actions, Gitlab CICD, etc.

• Infra as Code - Terraform, AWS CDK/CloudFormation, etc.

• Container orchestration - Docker, AWS ECS, AWS EKS, etc.

• Serverless applications - AWS Lambda, API Gateway

• AWS Networking- VPC and other AWS network services

• AWS Access Control - AWS IAM, VPC security group

• Cloud Infra and DevOps Engineering certification for AWS or Snowflake is advantageous

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients.
• Meet with new or existing clients and provide sensible solutions to address HR issues.
• Advice clients on matters relating to HR & Payroll in accordance to Employment Act and other Singapore laws.
• Develop or assist in the development of Employee Handbook, HR Templates, Policies and Procedures for clients.
• Prepare payroll for clients.
• Manage CPF and tax filing such as IR8A and IR21.

• Convert candidate resumes to company format.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1 year of experience in HR or Payroll function
• Fresh graduate who is willing to learn are welcome to apply.

• Past experience using HR & Payroll software such as Employment Hero, and Info-tech, etc. is highly valued.

• Experience with Moodys RCO, SAP PAPM, ETL & Data Analysis.
• Working and implementation experience of PFT/FTP (Fund transfer pricing, Liquidity reporting), solution is required.
• Support for various testing phases of the project and migration activities.
• Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the solutions.
• Discuss and document configuration of client environment.
• Adopt and contribute to Organizational best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the Delivery.

• Write Technical Specs and Co-ordinate between Developers and BAs/ Users

• Act as the primary technical owner for projects internally and externally with the client.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and be fully aware of all projects in the delivery schedule and their progress status.
