We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying talent, a deep understanding of the recruitment process, and a desire to help both clients and candidates achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Provide career advice and guidance to candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and objectives
Job Requirement:
