To lead priority areas across the Innovation Centre’s mandate, including but not limited to:

Client Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)

• Defining project scope and approach, ensuring alignment with client and Visa objectives
• Craft hypotheses around challenge and problem statement, including formulating desirability, feasibility, and viability outcomes to be achieved
• Designing and delivering qualitative (e.g. ethnographic studies) and quantitative research to understand user needs and market landscape
• Structuring and facilitating client workshops (sprins) to design a holistic solution with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, solution architects and marketers from both Visa and client side
• Ensuring top-quality client deliverables which include the value proposition, UI/UX, product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, commercials, solution architecture and development plan
• Drive eventual 0-1 product development for Visa

Practice Lead

• To represent Innovation AP as the subject matter expert (SME) on key innovation topics, and to lead global and regional cross-functional activities where Innovation is involved in
• Source for engagement leads with internal stakeholders (i.e. market and hub teams), to be scoped into pipeline opportunities and executed as client engagements
• To lead expansion of innovation practice to explore trending payments development (e.g. Web 3, Embedded Finance, Biometrics, Gaming)
• Serve as subject matter expert input on the Accelerator Programme, including sitting in on start-up interviews and supporting the execution of POCs

Thought Leadership & Knowledge Management

• Lead the development of thought leadership pieces to position Visa as the industry leader on payments and innovation
• Identify through thought leadership content on Visa’s right to play within emerging and untapped spaces where payments are involved
• Drive knowledge management, training, and other initiatives to impart Innovation best practices and knowledge across internal and cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain Safety Management System, Safe Work Procedures, and Risk Assessments.
• Identify improvement areas and monitor implementation of recommended measures through site inspections and team engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to plan, implement, and maintain effective WSHE work plans.
• Investigate WSH infringements and industrial accidents, recommending preventive actions.
• Handle incident reporting, investigations, and propose corrective measures.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, GGB, ConSASS, and Bizsafe.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on WSH issues.

Requirements:

• Registered WSHO & ECO Officer
• At least 5 working experience in construction industry (design & build/industrial warehouse)
• Working experience with A1 or A2 construction company.

Requirements

• Possess Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) will be preferred.

Job scope:

• Oversee and manage facility operations in assigned data centres. (client's site)
• Conduct regular physical/visual inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with Data Center Engineers (DCE) to develop procedures and risk analyses.
• Liaise with Data Center (DC) Providers for Mechanical & Electrical maintenance affecting Data Halls.
• Collate and review Maintenance Schedules, ensuring minimal interference during Block Days.
• Review and manage documents from DC Providers for maintenance activities (MOP, RA, etc.).
• Track and record facility maintenance activities and change requests.
• Raise and manage Change Management requests for all maintenance servicing.
• Provide onsite support during scheduled maintenance/change events.
• Offer regular progress reporting and develop continuous improvement capabilities.
• Respond to facilities crises (power outages, HVAC outages, fire alarms, security concerns).
• Provide after-business-hours support based on an on-call schedule.
