What is this role?

The Systems Engineer will provide technical support and services related to installation, troubleshooting and integration of Jamf products and support technologies including products from Apple, Cambrionix, Goodnotes and more.

Your efforts will lead directly to the sales of our products and services, development of pipeline growth and sales across both new logos and current customers.

What you can expect to do?

• Design and implement solutions for managing and securing Apple devices for effective and secured deployment
• Conduct onboarding, implementation, training sessions for customers
• Utilise available resources to resolve support issues independently and as part of a team
• Work firsthand with customers and employees to troubleshoot, recreate, and/or resolve support issues
• Effectively communicate with customers in all formats such as email, phone, screen sharing etc.
• Build trusting relationships with customers including partners such as Jamf, Apple, Goodnotes, and maintain strong relationships with other internal stake holders
• Use a CRM platform to document and manage activities
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Diploma (Required); a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
• Aptitude to quickly learn basic technical concepts and communicate to technical & non-technical audiences
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks related to server infrastructure, systems, networks, and hardware
• Jamf 100, 170, 200, 300 certification (Preferred)
• Experience with macOS, iOS (Required)
• Experience with Windows, and/or Linux server platforms (Preferred)
• Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of customers and employees
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capacity to multi-task and quickly prioritise duties

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all sub-contractors comply fully with the relevant recommendations of LTA M&W requirements
• Preparing and submitting the Weekly & Monthly Quality reports.
• Follow up with conformity certificate, calibration certificate and plant calibration certificate from other agency.
• Maintaining the RIN Register and follow up with QPS for closing.
• Review daily inspection report and issuance of observation or NCR (Non Conformity Report) according to concerned department.
• To arrange QPS for inspection including the reinforcement cages, sitting out, guide wall, slurry quality (powder moisture, slurry density, viscosity & gel strength), final depth pf trench,trench profile check (koden alignment check), stop end, inserts, concrete slump, temperature, casting duration, cut-off level, ground level, backfilling (LSS) and lean concrete.
• To be physically present during Asphalt pavement work for Road diversion work.
• Study Shop drawing and liaise with design department on the design issue that may cause difficulty in production.
• To conduct mould inspection for every new mould and mould in use.
• Materials ordering
• To arrange production based on Daily Production Planning from planning department.
• Responsible for achieving the daily planned volume/productivity.
• To do prep our inspection together with production supervisor and RTO

Requirements

• Degree in any Engineering Discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC works in construction industry
• Experience in structural steel works or precast RC works
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Develop automation and processes to enable teams to deploy, manage scale and monitor their applications in cloud and data centre.

• Implement configuration management system for business continuity management and automate disaster recovery measures.

• Provision virtual machines, databases, application containers and licenses for development team.

Performs security checks such as infra level VA, open source libraries scan etc.

Experience and skills requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering. Information

Technology or related disciplines. Must have minimum 3 years of working experience in this role.

Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Experience working with high availability, high performance, high security, multi-

data center systems and hybrid cloud environments. Demonstrable skills in three or more programming/scripting languages such as Bash or Powershell.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Experience with such as GCC (ie. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resource to application stack traces.

Comfortable with Agile methodologies and working closely with product development teams.

Experience in one or more automated provisioning tools such as Vagrant, Ansible. Puppet, Terraform, or cloud automation tools.

Experience in one or more Cloud infrastructure such as OpenStack, CloudStack, vSphere.

Knowledge of RPM bile deployment, management and design.

Knowledge of disaster recovery, system backup and restore.

Experience in one or more virtualization technologies (KVM VMware, Hyper-V)

Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Kubemetes Knowledge of Coad Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) such as Prometheus

Helm, Argo, istio, Gatekeeper, Crosspiane etic Experience with Application Development in an enterprise setting

Experience with DevOps toolset like GitLab, JIRA, BrBucket, Confluence
