[What the role is]
As a Head / Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.
The Head / Officer Student Development & Recognition works with the 3 ITE Colleges and HQ Divisions to support the overall student development and recognition of our students, and reports to a Department Manager.
[What you will be working on]
Administer various scholarships and award schemes at ITE HQ and College levels, including responsibilities to formulate & review scholarship and award policies, organise selection interviews of scholarship applicants, tracking & reporting of funds utilisation and preparation of donor reports.
Administer various MOE Edusave awards, financial assistance and bursary schemes.
Process and manage student records in ITE’s student administration system.
Handle payment systems and reconciliation of finance journals.
Design, automate processes and support the digitalisation needs of the Department and Division.
Be adept in data analysis, visualisation and management of statistical data which require submissions to other governmental agencies.
Lead, plan and coordinate ITE’s annual Student Achievers’ Award Ceremony.
[What we are looking for]
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Good IT knowledge. Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
Good organisational skills.
Flair for administrative & finance-related work.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and welcome challenges.
