The ICC Office under InsPIRE is responsible for a wide spectrum of activities related to NTU’s Interdisciplinary Collaborative Core (ICC) curriculum which is part of the NTU Education 2025 strategy.

ICC Office is responsible for working with the different colleges/schools to offer and administer the seven core ICC courses that will be taken by all NTU students admitted from AY2021-22 onwards.

At the same time, will contribute to leads generation from other platforms and initiatives; establish and maintain databases and leads management, but not limited to execution of marketing plan, digital marketing, events, and co-ordination with relevant departments such as: digital team, creative and communications team and admissions team and other ad-hoc which will bring value to the organization as well as to her growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

A. 60% - First-level prospect conversion (leads to applications)

· To directly communicate with prospects to promote courses, via calls (inbound and outbound), emails, SMS, and whichever form professionally acceptable, to establish interest of prospects for EMBA to qualify them as leads, converting them from leads to applications.

· To build and maintain strong pipeline of prospects for Head of Student Recruitment to convert to application and enrolment.

· To assist in pre and post student services and follow-up.

B. 30% - Marketing-related, Events-related and Collateral’s preparation

· To support and work closely with Head of Student Recruitment in planning, executing, and attending of marketing events, such as Info Sessions, course fairs, association engagements, road shows, student-recruitment and alumni related events.

· Along with the Head of Student Recruitment, you will be required to coordinate with the Creative team, and Digital team in preparation of required collaterals such as brochures, banners, EDMs, flyers, videos, websites, landing page, etc.

C. 10% - Admissions and others

· To provide support in gathering and collecting all documents from student

· To follow up with scheduled instalment plans

· To prepare reports and other related documents as required in relation to recruitment for TEQSA.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably marketing or sales-related course.
• At least min 2 years of experience in the education industry or relevant industry
• Strong oral & written communication skills, exposure to digital marketing (social media, blogs, websites, etc.), Microsoft Office, PPT.
• Results-driven, eye for details
• Strong passion for sales
• Positive and enthusiastic to learn new things.
• Mature and Professional in communication

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the Student Life team in student leadership, activities and records

• Manage and mentor student clubs and international student chapters, growth and engagement of student leaders and student community
• Organise activities such as appreciation events, integration and team building events etc.
• Organising training and learning opportunities to support academic learning
• Manage mobility applications to overseas university campus and keep records updated
• Manage student Life mailbox

Lead the International Office (IO) Team

• Plan and implement content/briefings for new students (pre-departure to 1st 3 months in Singapore)
• Provide regular training i.e. every quarter to Country Managers to build rapport and seek feedback for the services provided
• Lead the team in ensuring the relevant student visa are arranged and renewed on a timely manner
• Manage vendors providing off-site services for VISA processing and meet & greet services

Manage administration of In and Outpatient student medical insurance

• Liaise with the Business Units to coordinate registration of students for insurance
• Manage student enquiries on insurance update statistics

Others

• Regular communication and update with current students through various communication channels such as social media, webpage.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with more than 5 years of experience
• Strong event management/leadership skills with ability to multi-task.
• Enjoy working with youths from different cultural backgrounds.
• Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience in a Private Education Industry environment would be an advantage.
• Willing to work after 6pm and weekends where needed
