Job Description:

1) Sales Leadership

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the APAC WSO and lead deployment strategies to optimize sales effectiveness on-property, including achievement of individuals’ sales and team goals. This involves analyzing market trends in the different key source markets, identifying opportunities, and defining sales targets and objectives, in line with global objectives.

· Develop worldwide sales strategic growth plan to capture outbound travel market share potential in China – as a priority and India.

· Assist in developing a strategic sales plan for the region and translate it into specific and measurable segments. Collaborate with property sales leader to ensure successful implementation by the sales team.

· Provide sales leadership and ongoing guidance for all hotel sales activities, encompassing transient, group, and F&B/catering as relevant, both operational and during pre-opening/conversions in the defined territory.

2) Leadership & Oversight

· Directly responsible for overseeing the APAC WSO personnel. This role is responsible for ensuring all these roles are working effectively to deliver the set strategy and optimize sales processes in line with globally set frameworks & best practices.

3) Revenue Generation

· Responsible for coming up with strategies and ideas that drive net-revenue growth in line with our Corporate and Commercial Strategy and driving sales effectiveness (i.e., better conversion). This includes providing leadership and guidance to support WSO team members and their ability to meet annual business planning objectives.

4) Cross-team Collaboration

· To deliver the above accountabilities, this role is expected to work in partnership with several teams across the organization. · Manage the appraisal, recruitment, and retention of staff in accordance with school policy.

· Ensure that teachers receive the information they need to carry out their professional duties effectively.

· Challenge underperformance at all levels and put in place effective procedures to deal with underperforming staff in accordance with the school’s appraisal system.

Budget

· Submit any request as per GESS process and policy and according to academic operational budgets.

· With the Vice Principal and the Director of HR ensure staffing plans and recruitment remains on budget.

· With the Vice Principal ensure Professional Development plans are implemented and remain on budget.

Communication

· Ensure effective and timely communication with all members of the GESS community in accordance with policies, procedures and the Principal’s expectations.

1. Support Student Selection and Admissions processes, in compliance with EduTrust requirements, not limited to processing new application, providing course consultation, executing contract, updating of database.

soles & Responsibilities

Assistant Director

Responsibilities:

Selected candidate will be part of the PA Legal Division. Selected candidate will provide legal advice and support to PA, its Divisions and Grassroots Organisations (GROs) in all aspects of its functions and duties including:

(a) Working with senior management to develop and implement policies and actions;

(b) Drafting of regulatory instruments such as legislations and subsidiary legislations under the purview of PA;

(c) Providing legal advice and interpretation with respect to various legislations administered by PA, as well as all other laws of Singapore as required by PA in the discharge of its duties and functions;

(d) Drafting, reviewing and providing sound legal advice on a broad range of legal issues;

(e) Drafting, vetting and advising on general corporate and contractual matters including, but not limited to, tender documents, Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs), tenancy agreements and other commercial documents;

(f) Developing and setting in place internal legal processes and guidance for the various PA Divisions and GROs, including setting up a repository of legal advice rendered to PA;

(g) Advising and managing potentially contentious matters;

(h) Undertaking such other tasks/projects as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

(1) At least 4 years post-qualification experience.

(2) Versatile and self-motivated with strong analytical skills.

(3) Able and willing to multi-task and work well under pressure handling a wide range of legal work.

(4) Good communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to write and reason clearly and compellingly is essential.

(5) Team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
