JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to lead and manage the Corporate HR function within COMO Group Office, and providing leadership at Group level and business partnering to Business Units. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

General HR

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 10 12 years of relevant work experience required.

  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in basic data analysis.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop robust plans as well as a strong implementer who ensures these plans are effectively executed.
  • Prior experience in the higher education sector and a strong understanding of Singapore's higher education landscape preferred.
