Treasury Markets (TM) balances the supply & demand of Liquidity & Capital to create sustainable value. Treasury Markets is the first line of defence responsible for managing the short-term liquidity position of the Bank.

Treasury Markets’ mandates are:

Treasury Markets Global Liquidity Management (TMLM) initiates and supports formulation and delivery of the group’s liquidity management mandate.

Business

· Manage the Bank’s liquidity agenda, balancing long-term liquidity planning with day-to-day management

· Manage the Group’s adherence to liquidity demands as set by the Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA), and any internal requirements (in line with Board Risk Appetite)

· Manage global liquidity in the event of a market or idiosyncratic stress, co-ordinating across businesses and countries, while ensuring communication with senior management is clear and timely

· Partner with Treasury Modelling and Platforms as a thought-leader for system/MI development in order to aid the development of standardised, streamlined and automated operating workflows

· Manage the Group’s collateral position, and work with FM and the CMU to ensure that collateral is deployed optimally to maximise returns and metric efficiency

· Work with Business partners to provide Treasury expertise in new and existing securitisation initiatives

· Educate stakeholders across Treasury and the Businesses on both the changing liquidity regulatory landscape and on the general liquidity conditions of the bank, working across boundaries to ensure that information and ideas flow freely, and collaborating with key stakeholders on liquidity initiatives wherever possible

· Bring clarity to complex information, either by directly creating Management Information (MI), or influencing the development of such MI by championing and cultivating practical creativity across Treasury.

· Development of liquidity monitoring & planning, as well as modelling capability (including forecasting) of Group/Solo. Support such activities in other Regions as needed

· Maintain the forecasting process of future liquidity needs and modelling of balance sheet trajectory in accordance with planned growth, campaigns and market conditions

· Understand the true liquidity value when accounting for both spot & contingent funding costs (using internal & external stress testing output)

· Provide immediate assistance in the event of a liquidity crisis and/or fire-drill scenario by collaborating and co-ordinating actions across first and second lines, leveraging the crisis reporting tools to enable effective decision making

Strategy and management

• Partner with SAM Leadership Team to define sales and retention strategy, leveraging global campaign framework and ensuring consistency of message, internally and externally

Responsibilities:

• Define, monitor and review HNW KPIs. Evaluate performance to targets to formulate and drive business strategies, project management and initiatives with the aim to optimise results.
• Review and ensure case management related processes (Eg. High Net Worth applications, tracking files, case updates and other related matters) are in place and operating smoothly.
• Lead the Banca / Broker Team to drive HNW sales and achieve both TWNS and NBEV budgets.
• Develop the business through engagements and trainings and ensure that Banca / Broker are well versed with the company’s value propositions and products in the market.
• Proactive to identify and develop both HNW opportunities and emerging HNW market trends.
• Actively obtain information on market gaps information and provide feedback to Head of Department.
• Support HNW product innovation and enhancement through market intelligence.
• Provide quality service and response on HNW related queries.
• Monitor and control sales activities by managing sales trend (both on-shore and off-shore), identify and resolve issues in processes and maintaining effective communication with Banca / Broker.
• Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders such as but not limiting to Case Managers, New Business Underwriting, Compliance, Customer Service to resolve issues, appeals and feedback.
• Provide regular management reports on sales performance / pipelines and business updates to the Head of Department.
• Assist Head of Department with HNW related matters.
• Ensure that relevant budgets to the Team are catered to and expenditure papers are prepared and approved.
• Ensure Team keeps audit worthiness level.
• Review SOPs related to scope of Team on an annual basis to ensure that they are updated with any changes made to processes.
• As part of the leadership team, work with key stakeholders to proactively shape the organisation’s culture and conduct environment that is aligned to the organization’s Core Values.
• Champion culture and conduct behavioral expectations within the Department/Division.

Financial Strategy and Planning:

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Roles & Responsibilities

Summary of Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Director of Development and Project Management, the Director is responsible for all aspects of the onsite process and construction of all projects within the Department of Design and Project Management team or as required by the department head. The set role will include involvement at an early stage in the development of the project with the majority of the role concentrating on the delivery aspect of the defined works. The successful candidate must have Private house construction industry experience on major fit-out, A & A projects with experience in live working environment preferable.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of internal project/construction managers & site coordinator, assistants and coordinators to successfully deliver complex projects within a live dynamic environment.
• Lead the onsite team and ensure project completion within the set budget, schedule and conformance with design documents.
• Advise and establish clear project programmes and milestones to monitor and report project progress.
• Participate in developing project bidding strategy with the project team and purchasing department. Prepare scopes of work for each trade, in construction with purchasing.
• Review and provide schedule information for bid documents. May participate in contract negotiations.
• Coordinate and integrate the activities of all of the assistant project managers, project engineers and other support staff on the project. Establish priorities for the project staff based on owner and project requirements.
• Establish regularly scheduled meetings with the contractors and design team to review the following: shop drawing preparation / approval, equipment/material lead times and required on-site dates, manpower projections vis-a-vis the project schedule, quality/performance issues on and off site.
• Monitor contractor/vendor pending costs. Ensure that the cost report is updated on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with the project executive all client “business” related contact/correspondence to ensure consistency of reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project/contractor meetings to review project progress and the following issues: Current cost projections/change orders issued to date, anticipated “pending” costs, schedule update, requisition review, highlight near term major activities, changes to the project, any other issues deemed appropriate.
• Ensure all costs and risk updates are communicated and incorporated into the overall project reporting.
• Obtain approvals for changes to the project that have been generated by the contractor team.
• Establish adequate Inspection and Testing with hold points enforced to ensure desired quality of delivery is maintained.
• Obtain client’s acceptance of the work, and sign-off for the completed project. Responsible for the preparation and submission of the final project report, and prompt closeout of the subcontracts.
• Study, evaluate and identify all tasks and risks from bidding to project undertaking, implementation and up to the final completion of the project.
• Initiate site activity investigations and assessments.
• Evaluate and assess equipment and recommend designs for the project team integrating safety measures.
• Analyze, evaluate and initiate potential energy conservation measures while executing a project.
• Design, develop and initiate site-specific safety plan including an accident-free safe work environment.
• Lead, direct, assist and support construction teams to ensure deliverable processes on time and within the budget.
• Prepare detailed, accurate timely project reports including work schedules, implementations, deviations, change in subcontractors, customer issues and other related problems.
• Initiate and implement best practices, procedures and standards in compliance with Company’s laws

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BEng degree in Engineering, BArch degree Architecture / built environment or BSc Construction Management discipline or a similar field.
• 17+ years previous work experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in an A & A related field
• Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams to build collaboration and efficiency.
• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the budget process.
