• Direct and oversee all aspects of project planning, from initial budgeting and scheduling to implementation and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Provide strategic leadership and foster a culture of collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals while maintaining a high-performance work environment.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions, ensuring safety and compliance with industry regulations and standards, while minimizing delays and cost overruns.
• Manage project budgets rigorously by tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and controlling costs to maximize profitability without compromising quality or safety
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring transparent, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance by conducting regular site inspections, reviewing plans, and verifying that all requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring their vision and requirements are met, creating a foundation for repeat business and client satisfaction.

We are currently recruiting a full-time cleaner for our student care centre, which offers after-school and enrichment programmes to primary school students.

• Work hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am - 5pm. School Holidays, 7am - 2pm.

• Location: Holland Grove Road

Job Duties:
• Cleaning/disinfecting of centre premises and furniture
• Washing of kitchen items
• Assist in other duties, e.g. serving of breakfast, lunch, tea break
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Manager

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the center environment
• Empty trash bins and keep the bin area clean

Job Requirements:
• Responsible and hardworking
• Meticulous with good attention to details
• Enjoys interacting with children
• Past experience working in childcare / student care centre is an advantage

• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
• Identifying trends and assisting with product development with international teams. Delivering competitors and consumer insights to derive an appropriate marketing mix.
• Responsible for pricing & product marketing within domestic markets; including managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
• I am managing & executing budgets for all marketing & sales activities.
• Managing customer relationships: including optimizing conversion & driving retention for sustainable growth.
• Managing retailer & mall relationships where applicable.
