Our client, a renowned leader in transport solutions, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to drive exceptional service standards and enhance customer relationships. This role is integral in ensuring smooth service operations, from scheduling and maintenance planning to workshop coordination and customer care.
What You Will Do
- Proactively engage customers to schedule and manage vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Analyze maintenance plans and recommend tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Plan and optimize workshop scheduling to maximize efficiency and capacity utilization.
- Provide exceptional customer service during and after workshop visits, addressing inquiries and offering additional solutions.
- Finalize work orders, explain completed services, and secure follow-up appointments for customers.
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in automotive services, customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot, and provide actionable recommendations.
