Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with at least 1-3 years’ experience in Strategy Development work
• Demonstrated track record of in strategic planning process, supporting and coordinating strategy development and translation across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
• Strong strategic planning, analytical and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences, and seek alignment and buy-in across different stakeholders
