Role:
- Verify and validate deals against Gunvor’s ETRM System for accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of deals in the ETRM system to reflect any changes.
- Prepare draft contracts for crude and/or products for traders and operators to review.
- Send out contracts upon approval.
- Upload contracts and all counters/amendments to the ETRM System.
- Update master templates as needed.
- Review and counter contracts from counterparties.
- Update contract Excel worksheets and Power BI reports.
- Prepare tender offers when required.
- Liaise with Finance, Legal, and Demurrage departments on contract wording issues.
- Review counterparties’ general terms and conditions.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Relevant internship experience for fresh graduates.
- Familiarity with incoterms.
- Polytechnic or diploma qualifications with relevant experience are also considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Strong spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
