A. Clouet (Singapore) is one of the subsidiaries under Maison Denis in Singapore. Incorporated in 1979, the company’s principal activities consist of the import and distribution of Ayam Brand, Alce Nero, Duchef and several other brands in Singapore. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Team. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for ordering of finished goods from company's Suppliers.

· Liaise with key personnel from internal supply chain team and overseas suppliers to ensure goods are produced and shipped on time.

· Liaise with overseas and local forwarders to deliver goods in Singapore in a timely and cost-effective manner.

· Work closely with 3PL warehouse personnel on inbound shipments and inventory management

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on sales forecasts and promotional items, ensuring optimal stock management and stock availability.

· Prepare purchase orders, organise and confirm delivery of goods.

Qualifications

· Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Logistics/Inventory Management/Procurement or equivalent

· 1-2 years of relevant experience; preferably in wholesale and distribution industry

· Responsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines

· Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills & able to multi-task

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlookup, etc)

· Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Work with group companies to collect, clean, and preprocess datasets to ensure data quality and reliability
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Ability to data manipulation and apply statistical methods to transform data into actionable insights for business stakeholders (familiar with regression and time series analysis)
• Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports, BI dashboards, and presentations
• Automate existing recurring reports and analyses
• Design and develop the data architecture for BI solutions
• Build data pipelines where necessary for the development of visualization solutions
• Ad-hoc analysis required by management to support strategic initiative

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in mathematics, computing, statistics, business analytics, finance or equivalent

Job Description

1. Assist with financial data updating, format editing and performing relevant data analysis

2. Participate in industry research projects and drafting investment memos

3. Participate in deal sourcing including taking minutes for external and internal meetings, putting together pipeline analysis, setting up and organizing meetings

4. Assist with monthly portfolio review and update meetings including performing data analysis for monthly reporting, preparing for meeting (e.g., agenda and meeting announcements)

5. Assist with bookkeeping activities including data and documentation preparation as well as sharing on internal folders

Job Requirements

1. Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills

3. Highly motivated with a desire to learn and an ability to proactively make suggestions for improvement

4. Ability to work independently

5. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
