Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and transportation operations
• Develop and implement warehouse and transportation operations performance goals (KPI) using quality management knowledge

• Develop and implement operational policies, standards and procedures (SOPs) in regard to

• Inventory accuracy
• Optimal level of inventory
• Maintenance of equipment (e.g. forklift, refrigeration in warehouse & other equipment)
• Vehicle cleanliness
• Vehicle maintenance including accessories
• Vehicle accidents
• Delivery processes for customers
• Goods Issuing from warehouse
• Goods Return from customers
• Goods Issuing to and return from Van Sales
• Goods Delivery timeframe
• Placement of goods upon delivery
• Inventory Quality Control including temperature control, placement of goods in vehicle
• Review, develop and implement solutions to improve current business processes through application of supply chain and business management principles (come up with ideas to improve current processes)
• Develop contingency/business continuity plans for risks associated wih process changes (e.g. when equipment breaks down / fire etc)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least relevant Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree.
• At least 3 years of working experiences in related field.

Job Description:

1. Conducting business requirement studies & map business process to system process.

2. Preparing Master Functional Specification when required.

3. Develop Test Plan for System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test.

4. Follow up on Issue Log.

5. Conduct User Acceptance Test Online/Onsite to Local and Oversea Users.

6. Perform Online/Onsite Daily User Support to Local and Oversea End Users.

7. Perform any other duty as directed by superior.

Requirements:

1. Preferably degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

2. Experience in ERP system, preferably in SAP/PLM.

Job Requirements :

Purchasing

o Manage the complete order cycle from sourcing and obtaining various vendors quotations to optimize cost efficiency.

o Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.

o Develop and implement efficient inventory control practices to ensure stock availability, minimize excess stock holding especially perishables food items.

o Collaborate closely with other stakeholders to ensure prompt and timely daily goods deliveries to outlets.

Logistics / Supply Chain

• Develop strategies to mitigate disruptions and ensure continuity.
• Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders and resolve any issues or complaints related to logistics promptly.
• Familiar with all the documentations required to receive goods from containers and liaise with freight forwarder and handling import shipment documents.
• Schedule delivery drivers on daily routes efficiently.
• Assist drivers to upload goods to outlets.
• Operate class 3 delivery trucks, pallet jack and pallet stacker.
• In charge of department monthly and year-end financial reporting including audit and stock-take management.
• Adopt 5S methodology to organise store / warehouse / cold / freezer / chiller food management in orderly and clean manner.
• Maintain metrics, analyse data, and implement improvements.
• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Maintenance

o Oversees in-house maintenance team for outlets and office maintenance including kitchen equipment / air-con servicing.

o Plan and schedule routine maintenance in an efficient manner.

o Liaise with external vendors for kitchen equipment / air-con repairs or replacement.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or its equivalent.
• Min. 3 years in supervisory role leading a team of at least 3 to 5 persons in related industry
• Strong analytical, risk assessment and problem solving skills
• Hands-on person and comfortable to roll-up sleeves to assist Driver / Warehouse in physical works where necessary.
• IT savvy with proficiency skills in MS Words / Excel
• Strong inter-personal communication skills, ability to interact with internal / external stakeholders
• Competent negotiation skills
• Class 3 driving licence

Job Description:

• Prepare periodic variance analysis with business leaders, establishing the key metrics, reporting, and ad-hoc reviews.
• Work closely with finance team to substantiate variances between actual, rolling forecast and budgeted.
• To involve in budget/5 Years Plan process, coordinating through various stakeholders and ensuring that the result is delivered within agreed timelines.

• A minimum of a bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

Provide technical support to users on computer hardware, software and networks

- Log support requests to relevant vendor to resolve issues

- Provisioning and deprovisioning PCs when staff onboard and offboard

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for performing laboratory testing on raw materials as well as initial, in-process and final products for compliance to quality standard.

2. Other responsibilities include laboratory equipment maintenance, test procedure qualification, validation as well as involvement in improvement projects.

3. Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.

Qualifications/ Education:

· Diploma in Sciences/ Chemistry/ Microbiology or related field or equivalent

· Sec 4/ O/ N/ SPM/ NITEC (NTC/ ITC) for tec/ GCE A Level/ STPM/ Higher Nitec qualification with working experience can be acceptable or equivalent

Skill Set and/or Experience:

· Ability to work independently and willing to perform shift work or overtime when required to support the manufacturing operations

· Knowledge & experience in laboratory equipment, documentation would be advantageous
