• Provide IT support for end client IT infrastructure and user desktop applications.
• Troubleshoot, monitor & report on critical problems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure including PC procurement and setup
• Utilize technical and communication skills to resolve onsite trouble tickets and end user support issues in an efficient manner and with a focus on customer service.
• Support and participate other ad-hoc Company’s initiatives, assignments and projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in IT helpdesk/ticketing system or technical support role, supporting MNC preferred. Some experience in networking setup and support is a definite advantage
• Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly
• Good communication and inter-personal skills, able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
• Comfortable working in a team or individually
• Proficiency in English

• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors on the progress of M&E works
• Supervise subcontractor’s M&E works and ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes and regulations
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety and environment regulations
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities, subcontractors, clients on technical matters, shop drawing submissions, inspections, testing requirement and commissioning

C&S Resident Engineer

Institution Project

Job Description:

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• Report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must have the strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements especially to comply with CA's criteria for buildability and safety assurance system.
• Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• Manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works.
• Implement and sustain the site supervision quality & safety assurance system
• Ensure that proper site documentation for on-going works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shopdrawings, as built submissions, etc are well managed.
• To attend site progress, technical, client-consultant, variation and coordination meetings
• Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried
• Any other task assigned from time to time.
• Estimated commencement of work in January 2025.

Job Requirement:

• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing Certificate
• Minimum 8 years C&S work experience with strong knowledge in construction of building structures.
• Knowledge in BIM and VDC capabilities will have an added advantage
• A good team player with effective communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
• Preferably with experiences in Institution projects.
• Preferably conversant with local codes and familiar with local authority’s regulations and requirements
• Good supervisory and leadership skills, with experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers
