Responsibilities :
- Optimizing our inventory levels, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely availability of materials for our operations.
- Monitor usage trend and plan purchases
- Efficiently place orders for materials, track deliveries.
- Monitor and manage costs associated with materials and supplies, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Raise and monitor Purchase Requisition for planned and unplanned purchases.
- Analyze data related to materials usage, inventory turnover, and supplier performance to make informed decisions.
- Manage lead times for materials to minimize production delays and disruptions.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as production, logistics, and procurement, to coordinate material requirements.
- Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP MM is advantageous
- Relevant experiences will be advantage
