Key Responsibilities

Reporting to Finance Controller, the key responsibilities will be for operations financial reporting, planning and analysis in terms of Opex, Inventory and Capex. The position will develop and implement financial planning and control, perform financial analysis to determine present and future financial performance, prepare management reports and liaising with internal and external parties for any financial related matters.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Analyze OPEX trends and manage financial planning and forecasting for allocated region/markets.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial closing and reporting activities.
• Monitor Capex investments and validate business cases.
• Conduct inventory analysis, projections, and Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) reporting.

Accounting:

• Conduct annual standard cost revaluation and Cost Roll activities for intercompany inventory.
• Manage product costing and ensure accurate pricing setup in SAP.
• Validate stock loss or adjustments from Operations and ensure proper SAP entries.
• Participate in cycle counts and stock takes, ensuring accurate and documented reports for Corporate Finance and auditors.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Degree or CA / CPA / ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent with 7 years of working experience, of which 3+ years’ experience in FP&A.
• Proficient in SAP and Oracle Hyperion is a must
• Strong excel still with knowledge in Power BI, Power Query is a plus
• Able to meet tight deadlines for financial reporting, quarterly forecast and annual budgeting
• Willing to take initiative and can-do attitude, curious for know-how.
• Working experience in manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, logistics/distribution an environment added advantage

Working under close supervision, sets up, adjusts, and operates a variety of machine tools which may include numerical control/computerized numeric control lathes, mills, drills, computerized numerical control/numerical control and/or manual machines.

May be required to read blueprints, perform varying levels of shop mathematics associated with machining operations, and perform inspection procedures to verify work. Skills typically acquired through 2-6 years related machining experience.
