What you will do:

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be reports to the Logistics & Distribution Program Management/OPEX Leader, APAC. The incumbent is required to provide operational support to the L&D organization in the area of planning, reporting, logistics and distribution cost analysis and modelling, work closely with material planning team to conduct supply planning optimization analysis, operation efficiency analysis, budgeting and project management. The person will also be required to either lead or support key regional operational excellence initiatives and projects and programmes and ensure their completion and delivery of results.

How you will do:

• Prepare weekly or monthly L&D management reports & presentation materials as and when needed and provide detailed analytics on the reports,
• Conduct cost and efficiency analysis for all L&D related projects and studies through the development of appropriate templates & models. Collects and analyses data systems, procedural activities and information flows, and assess the efficiency and costs of supply chain processes,
• Recommend improvements in the area of reporting, supply planning, customer service, inventory management, logistics and distribution cost optimization,
• Lead/Support implementation of L&D projects in system integrations, continuous process improvements, new logistics & distribution projects and S&OP process. Manage project management activities for functional projects. Responsible for profitable and timely execution of specific project or projects,
• Support Operational Excellence culture building programs and work with regional teams to build a continuous improvement environment,
• Support the development of L&D policies and procedures in accordance to JCI policies and SOX requirements,
• Manage Governance and Cadence for KPIs and reporting,
• Implement controls and improvement mechanisms for KPIs and reports and tracking to ensure a predictive rather than reactive operation,
• Support any ad hoc projects as and when assigned by the supervisor

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt (preferred),
• Minimum 2/3 years of relevant working experience within a MNC environment preferably with few years of experience as a Business/Financial/Supply Chain Analyst,

• IT savvy with advance Microsoft Excel skills,
• Experience in SAP with knowledge on Power BI, Power Automate tools is a plus,

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely product delivery to clients.
• Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout warehouse processes.
• Direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities, both local and export.
• Strategize and plan deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch while optimizing warehouse space utilization.
• Monitor staffing levels, train and develop warehouse personnel, and assign workloads to maximize productivity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through proactive training and operational feedback.
• Lead risk management initiatives (bizSAFE), identifying and mitigating potential operational risks.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates on operations and resolving any issues promptly.
• Report to management on client feedback, operational progress, challenges, and improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehouse setting, with proven management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight schedules.
• Possessing own transport is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to $6,000 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Alternate Saturdays: 8 AM – 12 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate printing machines (e.g., offset) based on job specifications and production schedules.
• Select and load materials such as paper, ink, and plates into the printing machine.
• Adjust machine settings for color, pressure, speed, and alignment to ensure proper printing results.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure that products meet quality standards, including color consistency, print alignment, and finish quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of printed materials and adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain print quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any print defects or issues that arise during the printing process.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing machines, including cleaning and lubricating parts, replacing ink, and ensuring machine components are functioning properly.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
• Keep detailed records of machine maintenance and any malfunctions.
• Ensure machines are running efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor material usage and order supplies to prevent production delays.
• Adhere to safety and environmental standards during production and machine operation.
• Work closely with production supervisors, quality control, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.
• Report any issues or concerns regarding production timelines or machine performance to the supervisor.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or related training is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator or in a similar role within the printing or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes and equipment (e.g., offset).
• Familiarity with printing inks, materials, and color matching.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Understanding of safety procedures in a production environment.
