Our client is an US technology company engaged in providing hybrid cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. It offers integrated solutions and products that use data and information technology (IT) in industries & business processes.

Job Details:

• Manage PO and SO: including releasing orders, liaise with Supplier /Contract Manufacturer on order commit/delivery, reschedule/cancellation, rebalancing, shutgate, buyahead and critical parts.All commits and changes needs to be updated in SAP accordingly
• Check the new orders & hub orders & hub pulls transmitted by the Contract Manufacturer daily via a report downloaded from the system or email communication
• Create and complete in SAP. The information is provided by IBM in a form of a data matrix in an excel spreadsheet.
• Coordinate with GCM/Supplier/Contract Manufacturer in resolving pricing and shipment discrepancy [if any]
• Perform order book reconciliation and send email to Supplier & Contract Manufacturer and post to BO
• Perform price refresh for purchase order on monthly basis
• Buy/Sell Part number set up in SSA tool and SAP MDT
• Verify & update the sales order sell price in the system before forwarding shipment documents to logistics for processing
• Update the Dates of Supplies in the shipment documents to Logistics for processing
• Liaise with Freight Forwarders to arrange shipment delivery from Suppliers to Customers
• Maintain accurate and auditable records/database/documentation in centralize file
• Perform SOX testing
• Reports: Generate and publish all Operations [KPI] and Inventory reports into BOX (List of reports : WMS, Inventory, Uncommit, Handsfree, FBL1, Shutgate, GR/IR mismatch, shipment, DCF, GAP, OTD, OTA, measurement review report, price change report)

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics Supply Chain
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong in co-ordination skills
• Meticulous and Tech savvy
• Able to converse in English & Mandarin due to the need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.

Please note that this is a 1 year renewable contract. Company is located at Changi Business Park.

- Visit distributor and dealers regularly to gather feedback from frontline and improve forecast accuracy
- Monitor sales achievement daily/monthly and discuss countermeasure with Distributor or Function team to bridge the gap.

Requirements:

• Required to work in 24 x 7 Data Centre on varied 12 hours shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.

Job Scope:

• Perform physical visitor access request into Data Centre.
• Perform physical equipment movement request in or out of Data Centre. Manage access requests and inventory movements with all necessary approvals & checking that it matches with request.
• Health monitoring of systems via Network Operations Centre dashboards using monitoring tools.
• Escalate issue to relevant parties based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & escalation matrix.
• Perform data backups and ensure it is run on timely basis and manage failed jobs.
• Proper handover of information or task to be passed down to next team during shift handover to ensure smooth transition of outstanding issues or tasks.
• Reports generation (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Monitor patching activities.
• Daily checking of logs to prepare for audit: visitor log, keypress log, staging, storage, DC item log and inventory movements.
• Weekly checking of logs to prepare for audit: CCTV and degauss logs.
• Perform any other task assigned that is related to job requirements
