Job Title: Admin Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: S$2,100 to S$2,400 / month

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Input and manage stock information accurately in our system.
• Issue invoices and statements of accounts, handling basic accounting tasks as required.
• Perform any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working time :

• Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Saturday: 10am to 2pm
• Lunch time: One hour.

Important Notes:

• This position is suitable for mature workers (mid-career individuals (aged 40 and above) are encouraged to apply)

• Operate Tower crane as per the deployment schedule assigned by the Managers/Engineers/Supervisors ;
• To carry out daily checks of the assigned vehicle to ensure safe lifting operations at all time ;
• Maintain assigned crane in clean and tidy working condition ;
• Perform risk assessment of surroundings and goods to be lifted so as to ensure that the lifting operations can be carried out safely
