The Digital Supply Chain Assistant reports to the Director, as the essential point of contact between the existing & potential customers and our China purchasing team. This position will have complete training & guidance, a competitive salary, and better promotional possibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the maintenance of digital supply chain tools -- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

2. Collect, clean, and organize supply chain data for analysis and reporting, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

3. Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize shipping schedules, and ensure all transactions and records are updated.

4. Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain processes, stay updated on trends and advancements in digital supply chain management.

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Job Requirements:

• Maneuvering motorized heavy equipment to ensure the accurate removal and placement of materials.
• Loading and offloading rocks, debris, and other materials from heavy equipment.
• Observing stipulated safety codes at all times.
• Communicating with coworkers to elucidate project specifications, as needed.
• Reporting injuries and other accidents to the line manager.
• Advising the line manager of requisite upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
• Aiding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift.
• Providing suggestions to refine workflow and boost efficiency.

Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating a variety of heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent vision or the use of prescribed lenses.
• Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• A sound understanding of pertinent safety guidelines.
• Capacity to provide and follow direction.
• Sharp decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.
• Ability to work extended hours, as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain UV printing machines to ensure high-quality output.

• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues to minimize downtime.

• Prepare and pack goods efficiently for delivery or storage.

• Use design and graphic software (e.g., Photoshop) to set up and edit print-ready files.

• Conduct quality control checks on printed materials to meet company standards.

• Assist in maintaining inventory and ensuring timely order completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating UV printers or similar machinery.

• Proficiency in graphic design and printing software, such as Photoshop.

• Basic understanding of printing processes and materials.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with good communication skills.

Shift -

Timing: 8.00am - 8.00pm / 8.00pm - 8.00am, 12 hr rotating shift. (3 Days per week)

Timing: 8.00am to 5.00pm / 11.00pm to 8.00am, 9 hr rotating shift (3 Days per week)

Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 1

Job Responsible:

• Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls in a professional and prompt manner.
• Taking down informations correctly from the customers to ensure a smooth towing for the drivers.
• Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.
• Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
• To attend to customers' inquiries on services, and offer alternatives solutions to fulfill customer needs, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
• To gather customer feedback, identify problem trends and highlight to Team Leader & Supervisors for discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.
• To adhere to plan work schedule & be available for overtime during emergencies in short notice
